For very superficial pigmented blemishes, topical therapy is an option however it is slow in it's progress. For faster result with little downtime, the using the Intense Pulse Light of our Starlux is the best option, and sometimes the fractional 1540nm erbium:glass laser can help.
We often combine the treatments with high dose Vitamin C infusions, Microdermabrasion, Intense Pulse Light and Fractional 1540nm laser. For very deep pigment then a medicated mask is applied which will give dramatic results like that seen above.
