The most important aspect of this process is a good clinical diagnosis, so it is essential to see competent doctors who can diagnose the skin lesion using a dermoscope.

If there are any features of the skin lesion that look to be suspicious then a traditional excisional biopsy is recommended.

For safe looking skin lesions, all removed tissue is sent for histological examination.

After the shave biopsy specimen is removed, the Ellman Surgitron smooths out the borders, and stops any bleeding. Through this process, it seals any nerve endings giving you a painless result at the operation site. The results are far superior than that can be obtained with the normal surgery.
